Leader Time Commitment

Serving as a Leader for Two42 is a major commitment. If you are in leadership in other ministries or organizations, and you are already feeling over-committed, being a leader with Two42 may not be the best fit for you right now. Here’s a brief description of the commitment expectation for all  leaders. 

1. Attending the monthly leadership dinner (2 hours/month)
2. Regularly meeting with your Leadership Quad (1-2 hours a week)
3. Lead and regularly meet with your D Group (1-2 hours a week)
4. Preparing for and leading your group with your co-leader (1 hour a week)
   You will need to schedule a dedicated time with your CO to prepare for your CG/SERVE Team. This should happen weekly.
5. Investing time with your group members to build genuine community. Ex. group hangouts, one-on-ones, etc. (1-2 hours/week)
   You should be connecting with people in your CG/SERVE Team every week. You need to plan to have a one-on-one with each person (same gender) at least 1x a semester.
6. Wednesday Nights (3 hours each week)
7. Sunday morning attendance (1.5 hours/week)
   Every Leader needs to be in regular attendance at Brazos Fellowship on Sunday mornings in the main service.
